Yoga & Pilates is for everyone!
I often hear people say things like “I’m not flexible enough to do Yoga or Pilates” but it’s not about achieving the perfect picture pose, it’s about looking after your body and rewarding it with breath and movement.
During this pandemic I’ll either be teaching online or in COVID safe environments. Check out the classes for times and dates suitable for you.
I graduated from my 200-hr teacher training with Yoga London in 2016 and swiftly signed up to the pre and post-natal teacher training in the same year to ensure I was equipped to help pregnant students in classes.
The love of movement continued, and I went on to study Mat Pilates, including pre and post-natal classes, exercise referral, older adults and children’s yoga.
When you find something you’re passionate about and enjoy sharing, your love of learning continues to grow.
Where can you find me?
I teach in the Surrey: Epsom, Ewell, Esher, Oxshott, Walton-on-the-hill and South London: Wimbledon and Raynes Park.
