Welcome to Liz Daffen Yoga & Pilates!

Yoga & Pilates is for everyone! I often hear people say things like “I’m not flexible enough” but it is not about achieving the perfect picture pose, it is about looking after your body and rewarding it with breath and movement.


I graduated from my 200-hr teacher training with Yoga London in 2016 and swiftly signed up to the pre and post-natal teacher training in the same year to ensure I was equipped to help pregnant students in classes. The love of movement continued, and I went on to study Mat Pilates, including pre and post-natal classes, exercise referral, older adults and children’s yoga. When you find something you’re passionate about and enjoy sharing, your love of learning continues to grow.

I teach in the Epsom, Ewell, Ashtead, Motspur Park, Merton, South London, Tadworth and Walton-on-the-Hill areas. Whether you prefer yoga or Pilates you can find the benefits of movement, and breath to help improve both cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength. Clients often thank me for being able to feel a benefit after only a couple of weeks!
