Welcome to this six week Resilience course.

The course is designed to be taken over a period of six weeks so you can digest each week’s activities and practice the exercises on a daily basis.

Each week we will have a different theme to focus on:

Week 1 –The benefits of meditation and developing inner resource

Week 2:Intention, heartfelt desire and breath sensing

Week 3: Identifying your sankalpa and working with opposites (emotions & feelings)

Week 4: Working with opposites (beliefs) and welcoming all sensations

Week 5: Welcoming and working with joy

Week 6: Being in the present.

All of these elements will help to build your resilience. Each session will be completed with a meditation to help tap into and build your awareness.
